YARMOUTH – A Yarmouth memorial bridge will be rededicated after two vandalism incidents.  The Cape and Islands Veterans Outreach Center (CIVOC) will host a re-dedication ceremony for the Yarmouth overpass honoring Lance Corporal William J.
