The Chinese word Qigong (chi kung) means “energy skill”. This gentle exercise is a highly effective way to reduce stress, increase energy, enhance healing, and improve your vitality and longevity. Modern medicine recognizes qigong as a somatic intervention that is one of the most effective ways to calm the nervous system and restore overall health.
