Barnstable police and firefighters worked the busy scene, where one person was transported to CCH. No other serious injuries were reported. The driver faces criminal motor vehicle charges, including operating after license suspension, driving an unregistered vehicle, and driving an uninsured vehicle. Bystanders told Hyannis News they were shocked by the sudden crash but grateful that no pedestrians were struck. Hyannis News is working to gather more details.
