HARWICH – A man was plunged into the 42 degree water after his kayak capsized off Red River Beach in Harwich around 8:30 AM Thursday. The victim made it to shore and was evaluated for possible hypothermia. CWN has a crew on the way to the scene and we’ll have further coverage shortly.
