NANTUCKET – Military helicopters have transported another runaway buoy to Nantucket Harbor. Nantucket Sound Channel Lighted Buoy 21A, normally positioned east of Martha’s Vineyard, originally washed up on Nantucket’s Great Point Beach in January.
