The story about the rare hummingbird found frozen in the snow in Harwich has been generating a little buzz. I saw the story come through the News Wire from a number of sources. The Cape Cod Times ran a couple stories and shot a CapeCast video about it (see below). Apparently the Allen's hummingbird is very rare around these parts.
EASTHAM, Mass.—A hummingbird rarely seen in Massachusetts and trying to survive a brutal Cape Cod winter has wound up in the hospital.
The Cape Cod Times reports that the Allen's hummingbird was brought to the Wild Care of Cape Cod animal rehabilitation center in Eastham after being found in the snow with ice crystals on its wings on Sunday.
The thumb-sized bird had survived two major snow storms, subfreezing temperatures and high winds by feeding on sugar water from a Harwich woman's back yard feeder. -- Boston Globe
The bird was taken to WildCare in Eastham for care.
The Cape Cod Daily website gets many search referrals for the various news stories that it gathers and I often check the referrering links to see where the CCD shows up in the search results.
Fortunately for the bird, "hummingbird wings" are available from many internet retailers (see screenshot of sponsored links from one of the referring sites below). The referring search was for "rare hummingbird on cape found with frozen wings":

I can't imagine that the shipping charges would be much for a new set of hummingbird wings. What could they possibly weigh?
