New Main Street Location Provides Immersive Experience for Residents in the Heart of Falmouth’s Downtown Business District

Falmouth, MA –Comcast announced the opening of a new Xfinity Store located at 352 Main Street in Falmouth’s downtown business district. The 1,428-square-foot storefront features an interactive design and provides a destination for visitors to experience the complete line of Xfinity products and services - from Xfinity Home security solutions, to Xfinity Mobile and Supersonic WiFi, which is capable of delivering speeds up to 1.2 Gigabits per second (Gbps).

Store visitors can engage with a local, dedicated team of highly trained and knowledgeable sales consultants – led by Store Manager Lisa Barrows, a Cape Cod native and a 30-year Comcast employee – to learn more about their current services or devices, see firsthand how Xfinity apps make it easy for them to manage their account, sign up for all Xfinity services, address any service needs and return or acquire equipment.

“We're truly delighted to open our new store in Falmouth’s charming and vibrant downtown business community," said Mike Iannetta, Regional Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Comcast's Greater Boston Region. “The new store provides a convenient location for residents to experience our full line of products and discuss the services that fit their needs with our amazing Falmouth team.”

Residents visiting Xfinity Stores can also speak with sales consultants about the federal government's Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP),which provides eligible low-income residents with $30 per month towards their Internet or mobile bills – including any Xfinity Internet tiers like Internet Essentials, which provides home Internet at no cost after the ACP benefit is applied, or Xfinity Mobile.

Comcast’s continued investment on Cape Cod and throughout the Commonwealth extends beyond retail expansion to its network infrastructure. Since 2019, Comcast has invested $1 billion in its network across Massachusetts, which has enabled the company to double network capacity every 2.5 years and deliver residential broadband speeds up to 1.2 gigabits per second (Gbps) and business speeds up to 100 Gbps throughout the state, including for customers in Falmouth, which Comcast has been proudly serving since 2005.

The new Xfinity Store, moved from 205 Worcester Court in Falmouth, is one of five on Cape Cod, with other locations in Hyannis, Orleans, Provincetown and South Yarmouth. Falmouth’s new Xfinity Store on Main Street is open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
