MASHPEE – Volunteers from the International Fund for Animal Welfare (IFAW) were monitoring an apparently ailing dolphin in the area of the New Seabury Marina Thursday morning. The dolphin was reported swimming in circles in a marshy area. IFAW was watching and ready to assist the dolphin if needed.
