PROVINCETOWN – A man reportedly nearly drowned at Race Point Beach in Provincetown early Wednesday afternoon. The incident happened north of the public beach in a camping area. According to reports, bystanders pulled the victim out of the water and administered CPR. Rescuers had to use 4 wheel drive and ATVs to reach the scene. […]
