Permit fire flares out of control in Cotuit

COTUIT – A permit fire reportedly got out of control in Cotuit Friday afternoon. Fire officials reported about a 1/4 acre was burning on Trout Brook Road shortly before 2:30 PM. Additional fire crews were called as they worked to protect residences in the area. CWN will bring you further details as we get them.
