FALMOUTH – With high winds in the forecast for Sunday and Monday, the Steamship Authority is waiving change and cancellation fees for its ferry service. They said disruptions may happen on both the Hyannis-Nantucket route and the Woods Hole-Martha’s Vineyard route.  The National Weather Service is forecasting gusts of around 30 mph.
