WEST YARMOUTH, MASSACHUSETTS – [DEVELOPING] – According to a 19-page sworn affidavit in support of obtaining a search warrant, a Special Federal Agent with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (“ATF”), described an ongoing investigation into two Brazilian National men residing in West Yarmouth. According to the affidavit, 22-year-old Alason Ferreira-Peixoto and 27-year-old Lucas Nascimento-Siva were allegedly dealing numerous handguns, rifles, and quantities of ammunition at various locations across Cape Cod, including the Yarmouth Resort in West Yarmouth, another residential address in Yarmouth, Home Depot in Hyannis, and a residential address in Centerville.
