Step Inside Kendall Jenner’s Coastal Haven

A serene Massachutes escape meets minimalistic luxury   By Kat Economos       “Welcome to my beach escape,” says model Kendall Jenner as she welcomes us into her beach home. Tucked away on the calm beachfront of Cape Cop, Jenner’s beach house embodies coastal living with minimalistic sophistication. The house, built in 2022 encapsulates Jenner’s vision for a quiet getaway from her busy life through comfort and simplicity.   The house was built and designed by world-renowned architect Andres Duany, who wanted to capture New England charm with a simplistic take, and drew Jenner in immediately. “From the first step in the house, I fell in love with the classic Cape Cod style, but how it my personal style shines through” exclaims Jenner, “We worked together to create a space that ties in comfort and cleans lines, but also a connection to the beach in front of me”       All throughout the house colors inspired by Capes Cod beaches and scenery will be found. From creams to soft whites, sandy neutrals, and pale blues the color palette creates a comforting display that emphasizes the beauty of Cape Cod. “I wanted to create a space that allowed me to feel calm and tranquil, somewhere I can escape,” says Jenner.   The home’s main feature is the seamless floor plan of indoor and outdoor living executed through floor-to-ceiling windows, and huge glass doors that lead out to an enormous beachfront beach with endless views.   Stepping outside onto the deck a pool looks over the ocean lined with pale pink lounges, creating a perfect spot for napping or opening up a book. The area is perfect for hosting weekend dinner parties or a girl’s day by the pool. The landscaping and views alone are enough to take anyone’s breath away.       “My favorite part of the day is sitting out here drinking my coffee while I watch the sunrise. I feel at peace, and it lets me relax in privacy” states Jenner.   Going back inside, we looked into the gorgeous kitchen which overlooks the ocean. Bright and airy, we expected nothing less from Jenner who has taken up a knack for cooking. “This space allows me to cook a simple meal or host all my friends. it the heart of my home, a space that lets everyone come together” exclaims Jenner.       Taking center is a grand island with stark white countertops with a hint of sparkle. Next to it, is a long dining table created from local beach wood allowing up to 20 guests while overlooking the serene ocean views. Flood with natural light, this is the perfect space to entertain in or to have a casual meal in.   Jenner’s home combines all of her personal design must-haves, creating an oasis that she never wants to leave. The essence of her aesthetic is prominent throughout the house. From art work she hand-picked, down to the small final details, her house is perfectly curated for her.       “Sometimes I have to pinch myself because this house is like a dream to me. I can escape here and enjoy the simple life of Cape Cod while still being able to be with my family and friends. This is my perfect oasis” says Jenner.
