BOURNE – A fire was reported in the kitchen at the Barnstable County Correctional Facility at 6000 Sheriff’s Place in Bourne around 11 PM Saturday. The fire was quickly put out but heavy smoke had to be ventilated from the structure. No injuries were reported to guards or inmates.
