For me, poem format is the best way to document and remember a trip. Photos alone don’t tell the whole story and long hand journal writings are too long to read again. A poem captures the highlights, timeline, emotions,  and special moments of a trip. Since retiring July 2nd (2025), I have gone “fabulous” booking all kinds of adventures and trips. The first was taking Boyfriend Chris to meet Boston and my long time friend in Boston, Paul. You’ll see from the poem, we spent time with friends, did up Boston and the 4th, and relaxed on Cape Cod. A wonderful way to kick off retirement!  Thank you to Paul and Terese for hosting us and for the Red Sox game!     Eating Cherries at Sunset on Cape Cod Thursday, July 3rdMarking retirement togetherwith a meaningful trip.Fly into Bean towntour of Boston by Pauland lunch at his favorite spot in QuincySam Adams cold beerschatting with local oldies at the bar.Hang out timehosted by Paul and Tereseand Brutus the Yorkie.
