Blogland probably forgot about me…BUT…..Nonetheless, I am STILL alive!!!

(Something I painted on a grey cotton t-shirt, about 6mths ago – If it looks like there are wierd faces underneath, that’s because I painted some faces on there, didn’t like them and, not wanting to waste a perfectly good t-shirt,decided to do a sunset instead!) Hello Word Press readers! I know, I know, I have been gone for yet another REALLY LONG time!  Probably more than 18 months – though I have not really checked to see when the last post was. I have many different excuses, most of which are health related, but also my Mum passed away in the early part of last year.   Anyhow – sufficeth to say for now, much water has passed under that proverbial bridge. And yet, here I AM! I just got back from a 2 week vacation in Cape Cod. I painted my brains out, or was it my heart? and NOW I am back all full of big ideas and I have decided that it is time to have a go at reviving my blog. I have been missing it and missing all my interactions with fellow bloggers. I miss the talking ‘shop’ with fellow artists and searching out blogs that I enjoy reading.   I hope I can stay, this time and I hope that I really can breathe new life into this blog of mine!   HOPE – It’s the thing with feathers and it sings before the dawn. It’s that gritty little spark of a thing that suddenly revives, just when it looked certain to fade and extinguish. I am fond of HOPE…….So why not join me and let’s see what happens!
