security patrol property check service

HYANNIS, MASSACHUSETTS – Shortly after 1:00 a.m., Barnstable Police and Hyannis Firefighters responded to a parking lot on North Street (behind Puritan Clothing) for a report of a gunshot with a man on the ground. The first officer on scene reported the man had suffered a gunshot wound to the head. The man was transported to Cape Cod Hospital inside a Hyannis FD ambulance. Another officer reported that a dark colored pickup truck was seen leaving the scene at a high rate of speed. Moments later, police received a call from a woman saying her husband is the suspect and that they were pulled over in a convenience store parking lot on Yarmouth Road (near the Barnstable/Yarmouth town line). Officers arrived and a male suspect was taken into custody. The female who called was transported to the Barnstable Police Department. The male suspect in custody was checked out by rescue and then transported to the BPD. A firearm was secured as evidence. The following footage shows two crime scenes: the scene of the alleged shooting inside the North Street parking lot, and the scene inside the Yarmouth Road convenience store parking lot where “the suspect” was taken into custody. The footage then returns to the North Street parking lot where a large amount of blood, a shell casing, and a bullet was filmed on the asphalt. [DEVELOPING] HN will provide official details and updates as they are released… [HN VIDEO – PRESS PLAY]
