BARNSTABLE/YARMOUTH, MASSACHUSETTS –  [HN “VIDEO” NOTES/DEVELOPING]  –  As you will see and hear in the following HN “video,” Barnstable and Yarmouth patrol officers had to chase down a vehicle accused of driving the wrong way and taking out street signs on Main Street in Hyannis Wednesday evening –  9/11/24 –  at around 7:30 p.m.  Yarmouth Police eventually caught up to a vehicle throwing sparks along the pavement while traveling east on Route 28.  A traffic stop was conducted in the area of Pirate’s Cove Mini Golf.  Yarmouth officers looked underneath the damaged vehicle and discovered a couple street signs that belonged in downtown Hyannis.  The woman was reportedly then arrested for drunk driving…  [HN is working on finding out more details… DEVELOPING]  The following HN video contains Barnstable and Yarmouth police radio transmissions, along with photos from the arrest scene near Pirate’s Cove… [HN VIDEO –  PRESS PLAY] P.S. – Today’s Hytown Vignette is a brought to you by Led Zeppelin…  [CLICK IT/CRANK IT!  HEADPHONES ABSOLUTELY OBLIGATORY!]
