HYANNIS, MASSACHUSETTS – [HN VIDEO NOTES] – At around 12:40 a.m. this morning, Cape Cod Hospital was alerted regarding an incoming patient described as a 33-year-old female suffering multi-system trauma. Minutes earlier, Barnstable Police and Hyannis FD EMTs were dispatched to West Main Street near the intersection of Pitchers Way after a vehicle reportedly hit a woman operating an electric scooter. The woman possibly had a broken leg, according to radio transmissions. The woman was transported to CCH and the BPD is investigating the cause of the crash.
