Relax in our quiet beach house, only half a mile away from Seagull Beach! Ten minutes or less from Island ferries restaurants, water park, mini-golf and more! Enjoy all the summer fun that Cape Cod has to offer, although we find that there is little reason to venture far from a home that has it all.Rattlín house has a fully fenced in backyard, outdoor shower, fire pit and patio sofa. Three bedrooms, an office/spare room off the primary and an additional sofa bed, and two full baths.   The space   Rattlín (irish | adj. meaning splendid)This home truly is a splendid cape cod vacation. This house offers two floors… with three full bedrooms, and a fourth office/spare bedroom attached to the primary. One full bath on each floor of the home, and an outdoor shower. There is ample lounge seating inside with a living room as well as a den (with a pull out sofa). Washer and dryer within the unit and standard hotel bathroom amenities available (linens, coffee, bath and beach towels, soaps etc.) One pack-n-play, and two toddler Regalio “My Cot Deluxe” cots are available if needed.Large outdoor space, that is fully fenced in, including a fire pit, BBQ, garden lights, patio, and two outdoor dining areas. Corn hole, bocce and other outdoor games available.Window AC units available for use, along with movable fans.
