CAPE COD CANAL, MASSACHUSETTS – [VIDEO NOTES] –  I’m sure it was nothing personal, but a white-tailed deer didn’t seem to want to hang around and chit-chat with Massachusetts Environmental Police Officers after they pursued it swimming across the Cape Cod Canal last Friday. As you will see in the following MEP patrol boat video footage, the deer managed to swim all the way across the man-made waterway without any issues… other than having a cop boat following along (totally “whitetail profiling” IMHO). Once across, the deer shot officers a look like “WTF!” It then abruptly turned and flipped its plume-like white tail high in the air for all to see… before fleeing the scene on hoof. It’s uncertain what the deer was wanted for… or whether officers had probable cause… [DEVELOPING]  #DeerRights (jk MEP, you guys do a wonderful job! Cool vid!!  ) [MEP VIDEO – PRESS PLAY] P.S. – Today’s Hytown Vignette is a brought to you by Creedence Clearwater Revival…  [CLICK IT/CRANK IT!
