“CREWS AGGRESSIVELY ATTACK” BOURNE GARAGE BLAZE

    BOURNE, Massachusetts – “Crews aggressively attacked” a fully involved garage fire on Portside Drive last evening sometime after 7:30 p.m., according to a Bourne FD media statement. The efforts of firefighters paid off as they were able to prevent the blaze from spreading to the nearby main house. The Pocasset street was shut down as firefighters battled billowing flames. According to radio transmissions and reports, crews had to also contend with fireworks being set off by the fire.
