security patrol property check service

HYANNIS, MASSACHUSETTS – [HN VIDEO NOTES] – As you will see and hear in the following HN Video, a man arrested in downtown Hyannis for allegedly threatening a store clerk with a knife last evening, angrily professed his innocence, saying, “there was no incident, bro!” But a store clerk alleges differently, according to sources. And a police officer at the scene of the arrest indicated the defendant will have a difficult time explaining away store video footage… … nonetheless, the man seen apparently resisting officers while being taken into custody maintained his innocence throughout the entire video… and unlike other countries, in United States of America all defendants are presumed to be innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law. As the story goes, last evening at around 10:15 p.m., a Barnstable Police patrolman was dispatched to the Speedway convenient store and gas station at the corner of North Street and High School Road for a report of a possible assault with a knife. According to radio transmissions, dispatch told responding officers that the clerk stated being threatened with a knife by a male who had just peddled away on a bicycle. The fleeing male was said to have gold teeth. The patrolman who took the initial report from the store clerk put out a BOLO for a “black male, skinny, approximately 5’10” to 6 feet, with gold grillz.” Additional squad cars began checking the downtown area, looking for decorative dental appliances. About 15 to 20 minutes later, the possible suspect was spotted on Center Street. Part of the following HN Video captures the moments when officers were attempting to detain the possible suspect. The alleged suspect appeared to angrily resist being taken into custody, professing his innocence the entire time, and telling one officer who just told the suspect to let go of his handcuffs, “I’m not going to let go of your cuffs, bro… you can kill me right-the-[expletive]-now… I don’t give a [expletive], you gotta kill me right-the-[expletive]-now!” At one point the alleged suspect appears to address HN, saying, “Video it… video it… assault and battery police officers… assault and battery police officers…” Despite repeatedly telling officers “You’re arresting me for [bull-bleep], you’re arresting me for [bull-bleep], bro!” officers were not swayed into changing their minds. The male was arrested and reportedly charged with Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (knife). While being driven away in the back of a Barnstable Police cruiser, the alleged suspect could be heard declaring, “I’ll be out tomorrow. HOPE YOU VIDEO ALL THAT!” ending with something completely indiscernible, that sounded vaguely like ‘fek yeah’ or ‘fek at it,’ whatever that means… and I hope I didn’t misquote the gentleman.  HN will provide clarifications as they become available.
