End time, 12:30PM   We are standing up to say it’s NOT okay to dismantle the Department of Education. Students will suffer the consequences, especially students with special needs. It will also mean that civil rights protections are no longer enforced! Come listen to an educator, a parent of a child with special needs, and POSSIBLY, local elected officials AND/OR a representative from the federation for children with special needs, as they advocate for a free, appropriate public education for ALL.
