Earlier this week the sun set at 5pm. Despite the morning snow, the temperature has been getting close to 40 degrees once and a while. Spring is on its way.   Late in the day at Chapin Beach, a few sea gulls lingered as the tide continued to rise at sunset, covering promises for another day.
