BARNSTABLE – Barnstable Fire reports that Captain/Paramedic Robert Cecil is retiring on September 5th, after more than 32 years of service to the department. A last day event will be held with coffee and snacks on September 5th, from 9 AM to noon at the Barnstable Fire Station, 3249 Main Street in Barnstable.
