HYANNIS, MASSACHUSETTS – [HN PHOTO NOTES]  –  Shortly after 11:00 p.m. last evening, Barnstable Police and Hyannis Firefighters responded to Route 132 near the intersection with Hinckley Road for a two-vehicle crash. Both vehicles had significant front-end damage and needed to be towed from the scene. One driver, described as a 29-year-old male in priority 3 condition, suffered a laceration above his eye. The other driver, an adult male, possibly suffered injuries from airbag deployment. Both drivers were transported to Cape Cod Hospital in Hyannis FD ambulances, with injuries not believed to be life-threatening. The Barnstable Police Department is investigating the cause of the crash.
