COTUIT – Two separate crashes stalled traffic on Falmouth Road (Route 28) in Cotuit sometime after 1 PM. The crashes were reported at Santuit-Newtown Road and the second one just east of that location. No serious injuries were reported. Barnstable Police are investigating both crashes.
