HYANNIS, MASSACHUSETTS – [HN VIDEO NOTES] – [DEVELOPING] – At around 7:45 p.m. Monday evening, Barnstable Police patrol officers responded to Kalmus Beach for a report of man engaging in “open and gross lewdness” in front of a young woman. As you will see in the following HN Video, officers met up and spoke with the young woman who showed them images on her cellphone before pointing out the alleged suspect. Officers confronted the accused male and placed him under arrest. [DEVELOPING] [HN “VIDEO” – PRESS PLAY] * The initial details contained in the above report are based on police radio transmissions and information on scene. The defendant is presumed to be innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.   HN PHOTO: The Dennis Police Department is investigating a crash involving a Dennis FD ambulance. The crash happened on Route 134 at the intersection of Upper County Road. The crash also involved a landscaping truck that had already left the scene before HN arrived. Sources say there were no injuries reported.         HN PHOTOS: At least two ambulances responded to a three-vehicle crash at the intersection of Route 28 and Walton Ave Monday evening, at around 8:30 p.m. Traffic in the area needed to be either slowed or diverted. The Barnstable County Sheriff’s Crime Scene Unit responded to assist with photos. … and the Barnstable Police are investigating the cause of the crash.
