HYANNIS, MASSACHUSETTS –  [HN VIDEO NOTES]  –  A Barnstable Police patrolwoman was investigating a report of an erratic driver crossing the town line from Yarmouth when she attempted to stop a red Honda sedan near the intersection of Yarmouth Road and Route 28.  (It’s uncertain whether the Honda was the actual erratic driver she had been dispatched to look for…)  The red Honda reportedly failed to stop, striking a cement fixture inside a road construction work zone in front of DJ’s Wings on Yarmouth Road.  According to sources, the vehicle rolled over before landing upright again in the middle of the construction zone.  The vehicle landed in a puddle, during a steady rain.  The juvenile driver was transported to Cape Cod Hospital with injuries not believed to be life-threatening.  The investigating officer requested an arrest number and will be applying for criminal motor vehicle charges.  The following HN Video highlights radio traffic and still photos of the crash scene.  No further details available at the time of this report… [HN VIDEO –  PRESS PLAY] P.S. – Today’s Hytown Vignette is brought to you by Miles Davis…  [CLICK IT/CRANK IT!
