Griswold reportedly pleaded guilty in 2018 and was sentenced to five years in state prison.   HYANNIS, Massachusetts –  As you can see in the following HN Video, this past Thursday, November 23, 2023 – Thanksgiving Day – Barnstable Police were called to an address on Hamden Circle for a woman who had reportedly just been shot. CLICK HERE to read HN’s initial report entitled “WOMAN SHOT AT HYANNIS RESIDENCE ON THANKSGIVING DAY.” HN has learned of an arrest in the case… According to Barnstable Police documents filed during an arraignment in district court on Tuesday, November 28, 2023, Detective Kevin Connolly reports that on Thanksgiving at around 5:37 p.m., the Barnstable Police Department received a 911 call from 127 Hamden Circle. The call was reportedly placed by Mark Griswold who stated that someone had just shot at him and his wife… and that his wife had been hit. Detective Connolly’s report continues to state that Hyannis Rescue arrived and transported the wife to Cape Cod Hospital for an “apparent gunshot wound to the left hand and right chest.” But according to Detective Connolly’s report, there appears to be inconsistencies in statements made by Mark Griswold and his wife, the gunshot victim. Investigators also obtained nearby security camera footage that also reportedly seems to be telling a different story. Mark Griswold reportedly told investigators that he was getting out of his car and was in the process of getting into his wife’s car to leave for dinner when he heard a “pow.” The following images are copies of Detective Connolly’s report. HN has removed certain potentially sensitive details for the time being:         The following HN Video highlights the initial Thanksgiving Day scene and investigation… [HN VIDEO – PRESS PLAY] P.S. – Today’s Hytown Vignette is a brought to you by Bryan Ferry…  [CLICK IT/CRANK IT!
