security patrol property check service

HYANNIS, Massachusetts – [HN PHOTO NOTES] – At around 9:30 p.m. last evening, a Barnstable Police patrolman attempted to stop a Hyundai Sonata that was coming back as being unregistered to a woman out of Framingham, Massachusetts. The Sonata allegedly failed to pull over right away for the officer. The vehicle was occupied by two Brazilian males who were unable to communicate with the officer due to a language barrier. The officers on scene needed to speak through a translator on their phone in order to conduct their investigation. Despite the difficulty in communicating, officers were able to determine the driver did not have a driver’s license. Officers continued to use a translator to explain to the men that the Sonata was being towed and that the driver was being issued a criminal citation for being Unlicensed and Failure to Stop for a Police Officer. The driver was also cited for operating an unregistered motor vehicle. The Sonata was towed and impounded, not to be released until it was registered, and only to a licensed driver. * The initial details contained in the above report are based on police radio transmissions and information on scene. The defendant is presumed to be innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law. P.S. – Today’s Hytown Vignette is a brought to you by Bob Dylan…  [CLICK IT/CRANK IT! HEADPHONES ABSOLUTELY OBLIGATORY!]
