Jobs, The U.S. government will dangle the prospect of the creation of new jobs in front of our eyes now. Of course there are no new jobs. That is why that farcical and pathetic argument about the debt ceiling lasted as long as it did (since early April) so neither side had to talk about jobs. Jobs is a bad one, the worst tooth in your head, and it is getting ugly. There are three reasons why this is happening and they are intresting, because the President and the Congress can't or wont do anything about jobs.

So they lie about the "creation "of new jobs. this is why that won't happen:

I.) It is far more profitable for the U.S. banking system to trade money overseas and not lend it here. So, no growth.

2.Trade deals that make extraction of money from the U.S.the main part of the deal. Extraction of money from the foreign nation is in the footnotes and small print and never seems to make it to our treasury.

3.Tax codes that make it more profitible for wealthy individuals to keep U.S. money out of the country.

The three things above mean no jobs. Oh, there are more. But the major reasons are stated above.

So how low can we go? We're at a realistic 20 percent unemployment now. The future, which used to be something to look forward to, tells us that things will get worse, maybe a lot worse, before they get better.

I can't help but think of those FAA workers, 70,000 of them construction, whose budget wasn't funded before Congress went home because the Republicans wanted them to give up their unions and they refused.Since when did it become against the law to be a union worker in this country? We have got some crazy people in America. Perhaps the craziest in the world. And a lot of these nuts are running the country.

Look at the Mideast. Syrians are being murdered in their beds by secret police. Syrian cops shoot people in the streets. Egypt fell. That began the terror for the fake queens and kings of oil who could be strung up at any time. We've got Saudi Arabia, Syria, Egypt, Bahrain, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Tunisa, Morocco, Algeria, Yeman, Iran and Iraq to think of as possible flash points. And yes in the past ourselves and a few other of our oil-grubbing allies "helped" install dictatorships, corrupt to their oily core.

The leaders of whom some turned against immediately stole every cent in their country, seemed to enjoy giving themselves royal titles and maintaining torture chambers, pulling out fingernails was one of their favorite pasttimes. And for that and their other oily attributes they received favorite nation status from our grateful gas guzzling country, Yes, our government speaking to the world for us, just as we have always trusted them to in the past. But many American polls show that Americans, don't trust their government any more. And you wonder why so many hate us? How could any government have that much nerve?

We are the loaded gun in this whole thing. The way things are going with the former President of Egypt on trial and the Syrian president murdering civilians in the street, the rest of the fake leaders over there are getting very nervous.Could be the next revolution is in their country. The irony in this is that the U.S. doesn't really care; it will work with the revolutionists on oil deals Ghouls and zombies could take over the country and we'd make a deal with them. After all, it is all about us and our deal.

That is why I was so interested in the debt ceiling. I thought the crazy Tea Party, the Radical Republicans and the Republicats who still prefer to think of themselves as democrats, would throw the whole country into the river. Let our currency and bond rating be downgraded. Make it official, we are a Thrird World nation. And we can thank the President and the Congress for that.

I just know that someday before I die I will reach into my pocket and I will pull out a fistful of paper money that might even be pink. It will have Chinese characters on it and portraits of men who mean nothing to me. I will place maybe thirty of these things on the counter and I will pay for a quart of milk. If I had used U.S. dollars to purchase that milk I would have needed a wheelbarow.
