Top HN photo: “Caught…”   WEST YARMOUTH – [HN PHOTO NOTES] –  Yarmouth Police Officers were just finishing up arresting one man for suspicion of Operating Under the Influence of alcohol when a second vehicle drove past, reportedly driving erratically. That driver ended up being arrested for suspicion of Operating Under the Influence of drugs. Both OUI arrests happened back-to-back at the intersection Higgins Crowell Road and Route 28 last evening, during the 4 to midnight shift. * Both defendants are presumed to be innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.         Additional HN photos & notes: Police officers stand by as a fellow Barnstable Police Officer searches inside a vehicle during a traffic stop Sunday evening. A female was arrested and transported to BPD Headquarters for booking.
