I was thinking about the proposed construction of a $180 million, six-story tower for Cape Cod Hospital when I noticed that the Cape Cod Commission’s web posting regarding the project asked for people to attend a project hearing on Jan. 9 or write to the Commission, but there was NOT an email address listed, a number to send a text message to, or a Facebook site to post comments to.No wonder that only a few members of the public attended the hearing, as reported by the Times.If [...]
