HYANNIS — A Trauma Alert was activated for a woman struck by a car in an apparent hit-and-run Thursday night, according to Hyannis fire Capt. Mark Storie.Emergency crews were called to the intersection of Main Street and Pine Avenue at 8:40 p.m. for what was described as a pedestrian accident, Barnstable police Sgt.
