HYANNIS — A Hyannis man pleaded not guilty Tuesday in Barnstable District Court to beating up another man and driving under the influence.Terry Lawson, 57, was charged with a second offense of driving under the influence, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery and having an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, according to court documents.
