BUZZARDS BAY — The Bourne Recreation Authority is seeking to upgrade the septic system at Bourne Scenic Park to bring it up to state and federal regulations.Barry Johnson, the authority’s general manager, said the town submitted an application Aug. 7 for funding from the MassWorks Infrastructure Program.
