  WOODS HOLE- On Tuesday the Steamship Authority’s Board of Governors approved two change orders for the ongoing project for the new Woods Hole terminal, the Vineyard Gazette reports. SSA General Manager Robert Davis says the orders, totaling over $483,000, are being paid for out of a contingency fund for the project… .
