BARNSTABLE — A Harwich man has been indicted on charges he attacked a fellow inmate at the Barnstable County Correctional Facility, according to a statement from the Cape and Islands District Attorney’s Office.James Metellus, 28, has been in custody since August on charges he stabbed a man and a woman during an altercation in Hyannis.
