BARNSTABLE — A horse is on the loose around the area of Route 6A in Barnstable Village, according to police Officer Thomas Edwards.The first report of the horse wandering along the highway came in at around 7 p.m., Edwards said. As of 7:30 p.m. no one had been able to grab a hold of the horse, he said.The horse has no saddle, and police are still trying to figure out where it came from and who owns it, Edwards said.
