FALMOUTH — An East Falmouth man pleaded not guilty Wednesday in Falmouth District Court to raping a developmentally disabled person, according to court documents.Marc Miranda, 34, was charged with two counts of rape, one count of assault and battery on a person with an intellectual disability, and one count of intimidating a witness, juror, police or court official in connection with an Aug. 11 incident, documents say.
