BARNSTABLE — Neither of the two men accused of killing 19-year-old David Anthony Colon in Hyannis in June 2015 appears likely to go on trial anytime soon.The attorney for Kyle Walker, 27, of South Yarmouth, appeared Thursday in Barnstable Superior Court for a pretrial hearing. He waived Walker’s appearance.Judge Robert Rufo said it seemed likely that the other man charged in the case, Keven Seme, 22, of Brockton, would have his April trial date moved further out. [...]
