FALMOUTH — A six-wheel dump truck knocked down four electrical poles Wednesday afternoon, tangling itself in wires and causing a power outage in the surrounding areas of Falmouth, according to Deputy Fire Chief Scott Thrasher.The Volvo truck was traveling between two entrances to the Cape Cod Aggregates Corp. site at 486 Thomas B.
