BARNSTABLE — A South Yarmouth man pleaded guilty Wednesday in Barnstable District Court to charges of possession with intent to distribute heroin and possession with intent to distribute cocaine, according to court documents.Juan R. Ortiz, 55, was sentenced to two years at a house of correction and two years of probation.
