BARNSTABLE — A Falmouth man was charged with disorderly conduct Monday after he allegedly stole a pellet gun from Kmart and began shooting at the Old Navy next door.Nicholas Galanto, 31, was also charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise and receiving stolen property. He pleaded not guilty Tuesday to all three charges in Barnstable District Court and was held on $100 bail.Barnstable police responded to the Old Navy on Iyannough Road at about 4:20 p.m. [...]
