ORLEANS — A 40-year-old Dennis Port man pleaded not guilty Friday in Orleans District Court to six counts of rape, according to court documents.Desmond McDuffie is charged with one count of rape based on an incident that allegedly occurred on Tuesday and five counts of rape based on an incident that allegedly occurred on Thursday.McDuffie was ordered held on $1,000 bail and ordered to stay away from and have no contact with the alleged victim.
