BOURNE — Integrated Solid Waste Management is one step closer to finalizing permits needed to expand the landfill, which will keep operations going for not only the town of Bourne but for the entire region.The landfill received approval in late July from the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection for Phase 6 of the landfill.
