BREWSTER — Intense thunderstorms charged through the Lower Cape Thursday, sparking fires, flooding roads and downing trees, utility poles and power lines.As many as 3,700 Eversource customers in Brewster, Orleans and Eastham were without power as of about 11 a.m., Eversource spokesman Michael Durand said.
