ORLEANS — Jesus Cartagena, 24, of Harwich received two years probation after admitting sufficient facts Thursday in Orleans District Court to charges he was in possession of a firearm and ammunition without a firearm identification card.The charges stemmed from an April 3 incident that included a standoff between Cartagena and the Cape Cod Regional Law Enforcement Council SWAT team.
